This page explains what personal data Nerja Transfer collects when you use this website or book a transfer, why we collect it, and what rights you have over it.
1. Who is responsible for your data
Nerja Transfer, a private transfer service based in Nerja, Málaga, Spain, is the party responsible for the personal data described in this policy. For any privacy question, you can contact us at info@nerjatransfer.com.
2. What data we collect
When you fill in the booking form on this website, we ask for:
- Your name
- Your phone number (used for WhatsApp)
- Trip details: route, date, time, number of passengers and, for airport pickups, your flight number
We do not collect payment details, passport numbers, or any other sensitive data through this website.
3. How we use it
The booking form does not send your data to a server. Instead, it prepares a WhatsApp message with your details and opens WhatsApp on your own device, so that you are the one who sends it to us. We use the information in that message solely to arrange, confirm and carry out your private transfer.
4. Who we share it with
Once you send the WhatsApp message, its content is processed by WhatsApp (operated by Meta Platforms, Inc.) as the messaging provider. We do not sell or share your data with any other third party, except where required by law (for example, to comply with a legal or tax obligation).
5. Cookies and tracking
This website does not use cookies, analytics scripts or advertising trackers. We do not track your browsing activity.
6. How long we keep it
We keep the WhatsApp conversation and booking details only for as long as necessary to provide the service and to meet any legal, accounting or tax requirements that apply to our business.
7. Your rights
Under the GDPR, you have the right to access, correct, delete, restrict, or object to the processing of your personal data, and the right to data portability. To exercise any of these rights, write to info@nerjatransfer.com. You also have the right to lodge a complaint with the Spanish Data Protection Agency (Agencia Española de Protección de Datos, aepd.es).
8. Changes to this policy
We may update this policy from time to time to reflect changes in our service or in applicable law. The date at the top of this page indicates when it was last revised.
